You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkZone. If you are between 13 and 18, you should use TalkZone with parental supervision. By using the service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post illegal, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Share sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Engage in spam, flooding, or disruptive behavior
  • Impersonate other users or public figures
  • Share personal information of others without consent
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use automated bots or scripts
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Solicit personal information from minors

4. Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post. TalkZone does not claim ownership of user-generated content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Messages are automatically deleted after 3 days.

5. Moderation & Banning

TalkZone employs automated moderation filters and user reporting systems. We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these terms, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

6. Privacy

Your use of TalkZone is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and handle your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalkZone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or the conduct of other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

TalkZone shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TalkZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
